Purchases and refunds

Who handles payments?

All purchases of our games and any in-app items are processed by Apple through the App Store. KKA & Associates LLC never sees or stores your payment card details.

How do I request a refund?

Refunds are handled by Apple under Apple's policies, and we can't issue them directly. Go to reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in with your Apple Account, find the purchase, and choose "Request a refund."

How do I restore a purchase on a new device?

Sign in with the same Apple Account you used to buy it, open the game, and look for Restore Purchases in its settings. Re-downloading a paid game from your App Store purchase history is always free.

How can I stop a child from making purchases?

Use Apple's Screen Time (Settings → Screen Time → Content & Privacy Restrictions → iTunes & App Store Purchases) or turn on Ask to Buy with Family Sharing.

Progress and gameplay

Where is my progress saved?

Your scores, stats, levels, and settings are saved on your device. You don't need an account to play.

Will I lose progress if I delete the app?

Yes. Deleting a game from your device deletes its saved data, unless the game says it supports iCloud or Game Center syncing and you've turned that on. Updating a game keeps your progress.

Can I move my progress to a new iPhone?

Restoring your new iPhone from an iCloud or computer backup of your old one generally brings your game data along with it.

The game crashed or froze. What should I try?

  1. Fully close the game (swipe up from the bottom of the screen and swipe it away), then reopen it.
  2. Make sure you have the latest version of the game from the App Store.
  3. Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version.
  4. Restart your iPhone.
  5. If it still happens, email us with the details listed above.

Do the games need an internet connection?

Our games are designed to be played offline. Downloading, updating, purchasing, and any optional online features need a connection.

Focus Syllabl

Which mode should I choose?

Gamer Mode rewards you with XP and achievements, Training Mode focuses on streaks and discipline, and Mastery Mode keeps you focused on long-term excellence. Your choice shapes the language, rewards, and coaching you see.

I'm not in school. Is it still for me?

Yes. During setup, choose "No, school's out" to use tasks and habits only. Students can choose "Yes, I'm a student" to add classes, syllabus, assignments, and tasks.

How do I turn reminders on or off?

You can change reminders anytime in the app's Settings, or in your iPhone's Settings → Notifications → Focus Syllabl.

Why does Bullseye say "No Data"?

Bullseye builds its focus prediction from the sessions you complete. Try a task to start gathering data. Your personalized heat map unlocks after 30 sessions.

Where are my habits, classes, and tasks stored?

On your device. Deleting the app deletes them, so keep your iPhone backed up if you want to move them to a new phone.

Memory Tide

Why does Memory Tide need access to my photos?

Memory Tide reads your photo library to resurface memories from this day, find related pictures, and build slideshows. Your photos never leave your device. You can choose full access or only selected photos, and change it anytime in Settings → Privacy & Security → Photos → Memory Tide, or by tapping Select More Photos in the app.

Some of my photos are missing.

If you gave Memory Tide access to only some photos, it can only see the ones you chose. Tap Select More Photos to add more. To include iCloud Shared Albums, turn them on under Shared Folders → Photo Sources.

How does People work?

Tap Find Faces and Memory Tide looks for faces in your photos, on your device. You group the ones that are the same person and give them a name, all by hand. Nothing about faces is sent to us. Deleting the app removes all face groups and names.

What can I search for?

Try a scene or thing ("beach," "dog," "sunset"), a place ("Paris"), a person's name you've added in People, or a date ("Jul 22"). You can also browse your Timeline by what's in your photos, browse by place month by month, or tap Random day.

Which slideshow shape should I pick?

Square suits social feeds, Landscape (16:9) is made for YouTube, and Portrait (9:16) fits Shorts and Reels. Photos are filled to the frame, so some edges may be cropped.

Where do my slideshows go?

When a slideshow is ready, tap Share to send it anywhere, or Save to Photos to keep it in your library. Tap Edit to change it.

Can Memory Tide delete my photos?

No. Memory Tide doesn't delete or change the photos in your library, and shared photos can't be deleted from Memory Tide.

Beta testing

If you're testing a game through TestFlight, the fastest way to send feedback is to take a screenshot while playing and tap Share Beta Feedback, or use the Feedback option in the TestFlight app. Beta builds may contain bugs, can expire, and may not carry progress over to the App Store release.

Accessibility

We want everyone to be able to play. Where a game offers accessibility options, you'll find them in its settings. Our games also work with many iPhone accessibility features, such as Larger Text, Bold Text, Reduce Motion, and Sound settings. If something gets in your way, tell us. Accessibility feedback goes to the top of our list.

Privacy and your data

Read our full Privacy Policy to learn what we collect and why. To ask us to access, correct, or delete information we hold about you, or to make a request as a parent or guardian, email gameadmin@gamehouseclub.com with the subject "Privacy Request." Because game data is stored on your device, you can also remove it at any time by deleting the game.

Health and safety

Photosensitive seizure warning

A very small percentage of people may experience seizures when exposed to certain visual images, including flashing lights or patterns that can appear in video games. Even people with no history of seizures or epilepsy may have an undiagnosed condition that can cause these "photosensitive epileptic seizures" while playing. Symptoms can include light-headedness, altered vision, eye or face twitching, jerking or shaking of arms or legs, disorientation, confusion, or momentary loss of awareness. Stop playing immediately and consult a doctor if you experience any of these symptoms. Parents should watch for or ask their children about these symptoms. Children and teenagers are more likely than adults to experience these seizures.

To reduce the risk: play in a well-lit room, keep the screen at a comfortable distance, take a 10–15 minute break every hour, and don't play when you are tired or need sleep. You can also turn on Reduce Motion in your iPhone's Accessibility settings.

Play safely and take breaks

Don't play while driving, walking in traffic, or doing anything that needs your full attention. If your hands, wrists, arms, or eyes become tired or sore, stop and rest. Our games and apps, including Focus Syllabl, are for entertainment, practice, and personal organization. They are not medical or therapeutic products, are not intended to diagnose, treat, or prevent any condition, and do not guarantee any academic, health, or other outcome.
